Mepilex Border Lite is a thin, lightweight self-adherent foam dressing from Mölnlycke designed for wounds with low to moderate exudate. Its slim profile makes it particularly well suited for hard-to-dress body contours such as feet, toes, hands, and fingers — areas where a standard-thickness foam dressing may be too bulky or difficult to conform.

Like all Mepilex Border products, Border Lite features Safetac silicone adhesive along the border, which seals wound edges to minimize maceration risk and allows the dressing to be lifted, repositioned, or removed without causing pain or damaging the wound bed or surrounding skin. The dressing is showerproof with a waterproof, bacteria-proof film backing. It can be worn for up to 7 days depending on wound condition and may be used under compression bandages.

Mepilex Border Lite is available in 5 sizes: 4 cm × 5 cm, 5 cm × 12.5 cm, 7.5 cm × 7.5 cm, 10 cm × 10 cm, and 15 cm × 15 cm. The smallest size (4 cm × 5 cm) is designed for fingertip and toe wounds, while the rectangular 5 cm × 12.5 cm fits longer, narrow wound areas. All sizes are sold in boxes of sterile dressings.
