Ostomy supplies
Not eligible
Accessories or one-time items
Non-medical products
Taxes, shipping, or service fees
Eligibility is based on product category, not brand or quantity.
How cashback is calculated
Cashback is calculated on the product subtotal only
Taxes and shipping are not included
Cashback is earned only on qualifying products
The cashback amount is shown in follow-up emails after your order is placed
Cashback balances are not displayed in your online account at this time.
Cashback rate
The current cashback rate is 2%
Cashback is calculated on eligible purchases only
The cashback rate may be updated in the future.
Any changes will be communicated clearly before they take effect.
When and how cashback is paid
Cashback accrues throughout the year
Cashback is paid once per year
Annual payouts are processed during February

Account status and eligibility
To receive a cashback payout:
Your account must be active and in good standing
Cashback must be earned during the payout year
Accounts closed before payout may forfeit accumulated cashback
Abuse or misuse of the program may result in removal from the program
