Cashback Loyalty Program

A Retail Loyalty Payout for Our Customers
Our Cashback Program is a retail customer loyalty payout designed to reward customers who regularly purchase eligible medical supplies from My Everything Store.
This program is not a discount on any individual order, does not change invoice amounts, and does not affect how invoices are submitted or reimbursed by insurance providers. All purchases are invoiced at full price.
How the Cashback Program Works
Customers earn a 2% loyalty payout on qualifying purchases made throughout the calendar year.
Cashback is calculated after purchases are completed and is paid once per year as a cash payout. Cashback is earned over time and paid separately from individual transactions.
This program operates in a similar manner to retail loyalty programs offered by major retailers or cashback credit cards, where rewards are accumulated and paid independently of specific purchases.
Eligible Products
Cashback is earned on qualifying purchases in the following product categories:
Intermittent catheters, ostomy supplies, and ostomy accessories.
Only eligible products count toward cashback calculations. Shipping fees, taxes, discounts, and non-qualifying products are excluded.
How Cashback Is Calculated
Cashback is calculated at 2% of the eligible product subtotal for qualifying purchases made during the calendar year.
Cashback is calculated after purchase and is not applied at checkout. Cashback does not appear as a discount or adjustment on any order, receipt, or invoice.
Cashback balances are tracked internally and confirmed after qualifying purchases are completed.
Cashback Payouts
Cashback payouts are issued once per calendar year based on qualifying purchases made during that year.
Payouts are sent by cash e-transfer to the email address on file. Customers are responsible for ensuring their contact information is accurate.
Cashback cannot be applied to individual orders or invoices and does not reduce the price shown on any receipt or documentation.
Cashback has no cash value until it is paid and cannot be redeemed or accessed prior to the annual payout.
Payouts are discretionary loyalty rewards funded by My Everything Store and are not tied to any specific purchase, invoice, or insurance claim.
Insurance & Reimbursement
Participation in the Cashback Program does not change invoice prices, alter receipts, or affect how customers submit claims to insurance providers.
My Everything Store does not submit insurance claims on behalf of customers. Customers are responsible for submitting invoices in accordance with the terms of their individual insurance plans.
Cashback payouts are calculated independently of insurance reimbursement outcomes.
Important Program Notes
Cashback is a loyalty payout, not a rebate, refund, or price adjustment.
Cashback is calculated and paid separately from individual purchases and is not linked to the reimbursement of any specific order.
My Everything Store reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Cashback Program at any time.
Cashback payouts are non-transferable.
