In October of 1991, I was in a motor vehicle accident that left me paralyzed from the waist down and my world changed forever. I embarked on a journey of healing and learning about the medical supplies that I would require for the rest of my life and which ones were best for me. Navigating the medical supply world alone was overwhelming. What do I really need? What are the best prices, and most importantly, what are the best products? After years of shopping at big box stores and always being asked, “Do you have an account here?” or “Have you ever shopped here before?” I knew there must be a better way to purchase the medical supplies that I need.
We wanted to create an experience that is easy to use, promotes trust, is fast and efficient, that you can count on with something as important as your medical supplies. We treat you like we want to be treated and we have achieved that and more. Also, we make mistakes and mistakes happen beyond our control. How we handle them is what sets us apart. We truly care about you and our customer service shows that.
My name is Lana, and I am very proud to work alongside James to provide My Everything Store customers with personalized customer care. James and I met serendipitously through a mutual friend several years ago and have developed a unique relationship of understanding and respect for each other and our customers.
I have 40 years of experience supporting entrepreneurs with a variety of services, but my most rewarding responsibility is customer care.
On a personal note, I live in a country setting on an acreage in Foothills, AB with my high school sweetheart and our three magnificent dogs. I am also a mother to three wonderful children, and I have one precious granddaughter. My mountain home creates an ideal setting to provide a deep level of quality care and service to our customers.
When I’m not wearing my customer service hat, I enjoy gardening, cooking, singing, playing the guitar, and spending time with my family and fur babies.
