We ship within Canada only.

Delivery times

• Commonly stocked items: typically 2–3 business days, often next day
• Out-of-stock or specialty items: 7–10 business days, occasionally up to 2 weeks
• Weather delays: can extend any delivery beyond these estimates

Orders ship from 5 warehouses across Canada, so delivery times vary by your location and which warehouse holds your items.

Shipping costs

• Orders under $150: flat $14.95
• Orders $150 and over: free shipping

Subscription orders

If you're enrolled in our subscription service, your items ship the same day each month for consistent delivery.
