Returns

You have 90 days to return a product for full credit, no restocking fee.

After 90 days, returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

To qualify for return, products must have:

  • At least 9 months remaining before expiry
  • Original packaging in resellable condition (no rips, tears, or sticker damage)
  • Been unused (medical items like stockings and braces cannot be returned once tried on)

We can't accept returns on:

  • Special-order items (products we don't normally stock)
  • Products that have been discontinued by the manufacturer

Damaged or lost shipments

Damage from us (packing): Report within 3 business days of receipt and we'll replace or credit the order. After 3 days, we can't help.

Damage from the courier: If your box arrives damaged or items are missing, sign for it as "damaged" with the courier and contact us immediately. Couriers will not honour claims reported later.

Wrong address

If an address entered at checkout is incorrect or invalid and the package is returned to us, you'll be responsible for return shipping. A 15% restocking fee applies, and your order will be credited only after we receive and process the returned package.

Return shipping costs

  • Our error (wrong item, our shipping mistake): we cover return shipping
  • Your error (ordered the wrong product): you cover return shipping

We'll provide an estimated return shipping cost before issuing a return label.
