The Exufiber 15 x 15cm is a large-format gelling fibre dressing from Molnlycke designed for moderately exuding wounds. Each sterile pad is made from polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fibres that transform into a soft gel on contact with wound fluid. This helps maintain a moist healing environment and supports comfortable removal during dressing changes. The 15 x 15cm size provides broader wound coverage and is well suited for larger leg ulcers, surgical sites, or pressure injuries. Exufiber features Hydrolock Technology, which gives the dressing high tensile strength so it can be removed in one piece. Each box contains 10 individually packaged sterile dressings.
