Mepilex Border Flex Lite is Mölnlycke's thin, all-in-one bordered foam dressing with 360° Flex technology. Y-cuts in the dressing expand during movement, keeping it securely in place on contoured or mobile body areas. The self-adherent silicone border means no secondary fixation is needed.
The 15×15cm is the largest size in the Border Flex Lite range — designed for broader wound areas on the back, thigh, or abdomen where you still need a thin, low-profile dressing rather than the heavier absorption of a full Border Flex. Provides generous border overlap for secure adhesion on larger sites.
