Mepilex Up is Mölnlycke's next-generation non-bordered foam dressing, replacing the discontinued Mepilex XT. A patented dimpled foam structure creates enhanced capillary action that spreads wound fluid in all directions — even against gravity — to minimize the risk of leakage onto healthy skin and clothing.
The 10×20cm size is suited for smaller wounds or areas where a compact dressing is needed, such as fingertips, toes, or small pressure injury sites.
