The iQ-CATH 2304.12 is a single-use hydrophilic catheter designed to make intermittent self-catheterisation as gentle and straightforward as possible. It comes ready to use straight out of the package — no waiting, no water activation, no gel preparation.
What makes it different
The catheter has two functional zones working together. The patented SAUER rounded tip sits on a flexible neck, allowing the catheter to navigate narrowings in the urethra without resistance. Below that, a firmer guiding zone makes insertion easier and more controlled. Smooth, rounded eyelets help protect the sensitive tissue of the urethral lining.
How it works for you
Each catheter is individually sealed in peel-open packaging that's easy to handle, even with limited dexterity. Hold it vertically, peel from the funnel end, and you're ready. If you need to collect urine away from a toilet, the funnel connects to a standard urine bag.
What's in the box
30 sterile, single-use catheters. They're packed 10 to an aluminium pouch (three pouches per box) to keep them in optimal condition. Once you open a pouch, use those catheters within 30 days. The remaining sealed pouches stay fresh until you're ready for them.
