A viscous gel bladder sits inside a polyurethane foam shell, which spreads pressure while giving support and comfort. The top cover is urethane-coated nylon that is low-shear, vapor-permeable, and water-resistant, and the base is waterproof vinyl for durability. A carry handle makes it easy to move.
It is used to redistribute pressure for a person who sits for long periods in a wheelchair or chair.
