Assura 2-Piece is Coloplast's modular ostomy system: the skin barrier stays on the body for several days while the pouch snaps on and off the coupling ring as needed. This transparent closed pouch snaps onto a compatible 60 mm Assura flange.
A closed pouch is sealed and disposed of when full — no drain outlet. The transparent cover lets a caregiver inspect the stoma and output without removing the pouch.
