Assura 1-Piece is Coloplast's integrated ostomy system where the convex skin barrier and pouch are joined as a single appliance. The convex barrier is slightly raised on the skin side to press gently around a recessed or flush stoma, helping reduce leaks on uneven skin.
A drainable pouch has a roll-up outlet at the bottom that is emptied during wear and reused for a day or two before the full appliance is changed. The transparent cover lets a caregiver inspect the stoma and output without removing the pouch.
