Mesorb Absorbent Dressing 13 x 15cm

Mesorb 13 x 15cm is a soft, ultra-absorbent dressing from Molnlycke designed for moderate to heavily exuding wounds. The dressing features a highly absorbent fluff pulp core with dual permeable nonwoven diffusion layers that transfer wound exudate into the core. The air-permeable, fluid-repellent backing prevents exudate strike-through, protecting clothing and bed linen from soiling. The backing covers all sides of the dressing to also prevent side leakage. Mesorb can be used as a primary dressing directly on the wound, or as a secondary dressing where high absorbency is required. Requires fixation with tape such as Mepitac or Mefix. Each box contains 50 individually packaged sterile dressings.

Who Is It For

Mesorb 13 x 15cm is intended for use on moderate to heavily exuding wounds. It can be used as a primary dressing directly on the wound or as a secondary dressing over a primary dressing that transfers exudate. Maximum wear time is 7 days. Consult your healthcare provider for guidance on appropriate wound care.

Important Notes

• Apply white side facing the wound
• Requires fixation with tape or bandage
• Change before dressing is fully saturated
• Single-use only; do not re-sterilize
